Positive Attitude Success

Success does not favor people based on their education, experience, age, or any other physical trait. Success favors people who have a positive attitude about success, and it avoids people with a negative attitude.

What is positive attitude success? It is believing that you will succeed, it is expecting success, and it is giving all of your thought to success and none of it to failure.

There is one truth that underlies all successes and it is this…YOU MUST EXPECT TO SUCCEED IN ORDER TO SUCCEED. You absolutely must believe in yourself, otherwise you will never be able to reach your goals.

How can you build a success, and how can you increase the belief that you have that you will be able to reach your goals?

Here are three principles for building your confidence, your faith in yourself, and your positive attitude towards success. These are from one of my favorite personal-development books, The Magic of Thinking Big by Dr. David Schwartz.

1- think success, don’t think failure. At work, in your home, substitute success thinking for failure thinking. When you face a difficult situation, think, “I will win,” not “I will probably lose.” When you compete with someone else, think, “I am equal to the best,” not “I am outclassed.” When opportunity appears, think “I can do it,” never “I can’t.” Let the master thought “I will succeed” dominate your thinking process. Thinking success conditions your mind to create plans that produce success. Thinking failure does the exact opposite. Failure thinking conditions the mind to think other thoughts that produce failure. 2- remind yourself regularly that you are better than you think you are. Successful people are not supermen. Success does not require a super intellect. Nor is there anything mystical about success. And success isn’t based on luck. Successful people are just ordinary folks who have developed belief in themselves and what they do. Never-yes, never-sell yourself short. 3- believe it. The size of your success is determined by the size of your belief. Think little goals and expect little achievements. Think big goals and win big successes. Remember this, too! Big ideas and the plans are often easier-certainly no more difficult-than small ideas and small plans.

Do you believe in your ability to succeed? When you think of your goals do you excited knowing that you will achieve them? Do you always take obstacles or setbacks in stride, finding a quick solution and then moving ahead?

Believing in your success is what having a positive attitude towards success is all about. If you believe you will succeed, there is absolutely nothing that will ever be able to stand in your way.

Expect the best, expect success, and that is what you will achieve.
